Results of Community Survey
August 2005
This survey includes responses from 233 persons using a convenience sample
from the central, west, south, and east areas of Madison and the surrounding
communities. The survey is comprised of six parts: (1) Emergency plans; (2)
Disaster supply kit; (3) Sources of Information; (4) School plan; (5) Workplace;
and (6) Level of preparedness.
